"The program has been very insightful for me. It taught me how to set boundaries for myself, listen to my intuitions, be patient, and so much more. It was enriching to delve into each story with a fantastic and diverse group of women, with whom the relationship flourished. I am so grateful to know Maria, she is such a knowledgable facilitator, and it feels like she knows the book by heart. I always left with so many notes in my book and a beautiful feeling of empowerment! I recommend it to anyone looking to discover more layers of themselves.”

Study Program: Women Who Run With The Wolves
During this program we will retell ancient stories that support female experiences and observe how they mirror our contemporary lives. We will analyze the symbols presented in these myths and allow them to guide our conversation.
We will be following the myths presented in the book Women Who Run With The Wolves by Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estés, however this is not a book club.
Throughout the program we will explore different archetypes and characters, here are a few of them: the wild woman, the seeker, the incubator, the predator, the mate, the mother, the daughter, the father, the outcast, the artist, the queen and more.
The stories will also give us the opportunity to dive into different subjects, such as: intuition and instinct, ego and soul, life and death, naiveness and knowing, surviving and thriving, names as symbol, life's distractions, the power of the female body, a handmade life, traps and cages, soul life, creative life, sacred sexuality, rage and forgiveness, secrets, right medicine, rebirth and more.
During the sessions, participants are encouraged to reflect and bring their own past experiences to the circle. Different practices and time for journaling will also be given during the sessions to ground the knowledge and drive the group deeper.
